I lead bakery and pastry kitchens end to end: recipe development, production planning, costing, food-safety enforcement and the training that keeps quality identical from the first tray to the last.
Over twelve years I’ve moved from commis to head chef across luxury hotels and high-volume bakeries — Marriott, Hyatt, Holiday Inn, Millennium and Mahindra among them — most recently directing a full bakery & pastry operation in Al Qatif, Saudi Arabia, where I introduced signature Arabic-fusion creations alongside classic European patisserie.
