Beef Stroganoff is an integral food in the severely cold winter season. It is a family staple that gives warmth and comfort on a cold day and freezing night. The beef in the sauce mastered is the favorite of everyone. It is perfect and healthy for the light treaties of thanksgiving holidays in the winter season when the mood is of getting warmth from hot Beef Stroganoff.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lb. sirloin steak or ribeye Julian cut
- 200g Onion (Julianne)
- 100 g Capsicum (Julianne)
- 80 g Tomato (Julianne)
- 50 g Mushrooms (Julianne)
- 50 g Pickles (Julianne)
- 1 tbsp. melted Butter
- 5 tbsp. Butter (olive oil)
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. garlic
- 2 tbsp. Brown sauce
- 2 tbsp. Tomato paste
- 2 1/2cups Water
- 150 g sour cream
- Salt to taste
Beef Marinating:
- 1 tbsp. powdered paprika
- 1 tsp. black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. Mustard paste
- ½ tsp. Salt or (as required)

Instruction:
- Toss beef with black pepper, salt, mustard paste, paprika powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- In a skillet, heat the Butter (olive oil) to a moderate flame. Beef lightly cooked in small batches, around 1 minute per side. Remove from pan and place aside.
- Add Butter and onion, and then low down the heat to medium. Then cook again for 4-5 minutes till it gets tender.
- Cook the mushrooms, capsicum, Tomato Pickles, and garlic for another 4 minutes or until they are soft. 2 tbsp. Of flour is added and cooked for 1 minute. Add tomato paste after vegetables.
- Add the water, Worcestershire, and Dijon mustard in a bowl. Boil it, then low the heat and simmer it for five minutes.
- Supplement beef (with any juices). Cook until warm or for 3 minutes. Pour sour cream and mix well.
- Serve over Egg Noodles, do add the topping of salt and pepper along with the parsley.
