Easy German beef dumpling soup Recipe

It is used as Immunity Booster. They also work as a fantastic remedy for illness. Most soups are packed with ingredients that fight sickness and are excellent on the cold nights of winter.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups diced cooked beef
  • 2 (10.5 ounces) cans of condensed beef broth
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 6 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups chopped celery
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp. margarine softened
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Easy German beef dumpling soup

Instruction:

  1. In a big pot, cook the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery for 5 to 6 minutes or until tender. Beef and broth are mixed. Vegetables are cooked for 15 to 20 minutes with a lid. Salt and pepper are used to taste.
  2. 2 tbsp butter or margarine, eggs, flour, and salt combined in a bowl until well combined. By spoon of sugar, add the mixture to the soup. For 10 minutes, simmer covered.
