Ingredients:
- 2 cups diced cooked beef
- 2 (10.5 ounces) cans of condensed beef broth
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 6 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups chopped celery
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp. margarine softened
- ground black pepper to taste
- ¼ tsp. salt
Instruction:
- In a big pot, cook the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery for 5 to 6 minutes or until tender. Beef and broth are mixed. Vegetables are cooked for 15 to 20 minutes with a lid. Salt and pepper are used to taste.
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine, eggs, flour, and salt combined in a bowl until well combined. By spoon of sugar, add the mixture to the soup. For 10 minutes, simmer covered.
